"The Breakfast" Smoothie Bowl: My First Smoothie Bowls, Reworked Pt. 2

Confused? Read the first post in this series, my Beach Day Smoothie Bowl recipe.
Breakfast Bowl
Inspiration: Typical breakfast foods- yogurt, granola, etc.

 1 apple, 1 banana, a spoonful of yogurt. Topped with peach, blueberries, strawberries, granola, and cinnamon.

What I changed: Since apple smoothies have the mouthfeel of applesauce, I replaced the apple with the audaciously trendy apple cider vinegar. I don't know enough about its supposed health benefits to stand behind them, but I do know that a tiny bit adds a lot of pep to a smoothie. Ugh, the first time I tested the recipe, I put way too much apple cider vinegar in and I thought I burned a hole in my esophagus. The second time around, I got it right for a nice little burst of apple-y zing.
I also added peach into the smoothie instead of just on top and replaced the yogurt with full-fat coconut milk because I don't like the flavor of dairy in smoothies.
Finally, I left the strawberries out, solely because I didn't have strawberries at the time.

The smoothie bowl with too much apple cider vinegar
For the smoothie
1 small peach or 1/2 normal-sized peach
2 bananas
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
Blend until smooth
