3 Amazing Jar Sundaes To Make This Summer

Why are glass containers so satisfying? Somebody please explain. There has to be a science to this.
These sundae combos are tasty as heck no matter what you put them(but putting them in jars adds undeniable cuteness).

3 Amazing Jar Sundaes to Make This Summer

Ginger Mango Float
Ginger beer has the earthy tone of root beer but with the spiced edge of ginger. Pair it with mango for an exotic summer sundae. Please recycle your bottle or can of ginger beer!

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
~2 tbsp frozen mango
Cover with whipped cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
~2 tbsp frozen mango
1/2 bottle/can ginger beer
Cover with whipped cream
Sprinkle with crystallized ginger

Super Berry Sundae

I try to include as many different kind of berries as possible. Any berry variations work, but I definitely recommend blueberry pie. The photos you see have blueberry pie, strawberry jelly, and Tillamook's Marionberry Pie ice cream.

1 warm slice of berry pie
1 scoop berry ice cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Cover with whipped cream
1-2 tbsp melted berry jelly

Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae
This has been dubbed a "dream sundae" by a reputable food scientist.

1 warm chocolate brownie
1 scoop of peanut butter fudge ice cream
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Cover with whipped cream
Peanut butter fudge sauce: (~1/4 cup chocolate chips + ~1/2 tbsp peanut butter + a splash of milk. Melt in microwave at 20-sec intervals, stirring in between until smooth).
Sprinkle with a few extra brownie chunks and peanuts

Don't forget to eat all your veggies before you eat dessert. I recommend my Spring Green Nice Cream for veggies that taste like dessert. ;)

If you make any of these, let me know in the comments, via email, on Instagram, or on Facebook. Don't forget you can tag me @theblerghblog on Insta and FB!

World peace and love,
