Go-Nowhere Post

I've been feeling kind of go-nowhere lately.

It's summer vacation, and that means freedom to go where I want and do what I want and say what I want, and with it, has come this major wanderlust. I want to go places! I want to see things!

Sometimes, my thirst is quenched by stepping outside into the sun, but sometimes I sit and scroll through travel bloggers' Instagrams, and health food blogs, and listen to weird music, and acquire all this inspiration that I have no idea what to do with.

That's where the go-nowhere feeling is coming in. One of my friends is going to a huge creative writing camp/workshop thing and she's probably going to come back a published author with a Newbury-Caldecott medal. Another one of my friends started a YouTube channel(she's got a beautiful voice. Check her out.) One of my friends is doing a lot with her blog- her blog, which is elegant and well written, and surprisingly does not have any all-caps posts about Chris Evans. (It's a great blog, though, you should read it and follow the Instagram for it.)

All my friends are doing these awesome things, and- if not physically, then metaphorically- going places. And here I sit with all this enthusiasm and inspiration built up from indie music or Swedish punk and colorful pictures of acai bowls and Peruvian landscapes, but
that's all it is. Inspiration built up. It won't seem to make itself into anything.

I don't even know why I'm writing this. This post in itself is go-nowhere.

Is go-nowhere a noun or an adjective? Or maybe it's both, like... precious. But only if you're Gollum(i.e., the precious gem, "my precious...")

I guess the main reason I'm posting this is because it's been a while since I've posted. Literally every article I've read about how to make your blog popular says you need to post consistently. I don't know that I would say this post has consistence, but at least
I'm posting it.

Kevin Barnes has a beautiful voice.

It looks like it's going to rain. It's been looking like that since around ten this morning, but this time I think it's serious. I'm dressed pretty hippie-ish.

Maybe I'll post some photography sometime. I've gotten really into food photography...all the colors! :D

Have a great day <3

P.S. the Instagrams I referred to are worldwanderlust and earthyandy. Very colorful. Very inspiring. They're great! :D
